Q: How long has AGA been in business?
A: AGA is a family-owned golf cart transportation company founded in 2009. Since our establishment, we have proven to deliver high-quality services to our customers consistently. AGA is the exclusive golf cart towing company that is affiliated with the Active Adult Community in The Villages.

Q: Do you have a towing membership for SnowBirds?
A: Yes- our SnowBird special is 6 months of coverage for 2 tows for $39.99

Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: No refunds after 30 days

Q: What is the cost of a non-member tow?
A: Non-Member tows are $150.00

Q: Are there any golf carts AGA does not tow?
A: AGA does not tow street legal carts or Atomic Cool Karts

Q: Does AGA tow golf carts at night?
A: Our drivers are available for towing 24/365 and will tow you anywhere within The Villages

Q: What if I need to have my cart towed outside of The Villages?
A: If you need towing outside of The Villages call for a quote (352)748-4242

Q: Does AGA fix flats or provide gas?
A: AGA only tows golf carts and does not fix flat tires or provide fuel. However, AGA will tow you to the facility of your choice to have your tire repaired or tow you to the gas station of your choice within The Villages

Q: How do I schedule an appointment for a non-emergency tow?
A: If your cart is inoperable at your residence, call the Service Center you would like the cart towed to first and let the service department know you are an AGA member. (Click on Quick Links where Service Center is for phone numbers)  Then once your appointment is made, call AGA at (352) 748-4242 and we will handle the rest.
